The Institute of Culinary Education challenged foodservice consultant Jacobs | Doland | Beer along with TPG Architects and AMA Consulting Engineers to design their new culinary teaching facility and Gaylord Industries provided a winning solution.
Opened in 1985 and in need of improvements to keep up with the growing attendance, Temecula Valley High School's improvements included an 8,300 square foot culinary arts building that includes a full teaching kitchen, prep stations baking areas, a chef's cook area and a Captain’s Room.

Gaylord Industries representation in MAFSI Region 12 has changed as a result of Food Service Application’s merger with Professional Manufacturers Representatives (PMR) that was effective April 1, 2019.
Sam Scull has been promoted to General Manager replacing Bruce Lukens, who has retired from his General Manager responsibilities but will remain at Gaylord on a part-time basis in support of multiple special projects.
