Orders Schedule
:
All purchase orders need to be received by 12:00p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Parts orders received after 12:00p.m. will be
processed the following day.
Minimum Order
:
All parts orders must meet the $100.00 minimum. Custom-made parts will have a minimum $ 600.00 fee for fabrication which will
be enforced unless special arrangements have been made. All orders under $100.00 net will be assessed
a $30.00 handling fee.
Payment Terms
:
Net 30 days. Any customer who is past 45 days will be on pre-pay. Any customer past 75 days will be on no ship.
Lead Time
:
Please allow 2-6 weeks from order date to ship date for all Gaylord Industries manufactured items. Allow two weeks for all buy-out
parts. If parts are available for shipment earlier than the original scheduled ship date, they will be shipped immediately. Larger
quantity orders may increase the lead time.
Accelerated Shipping Time
:
We offer accelerated shipping times on certain products, if production schedules allow. Please consult factory at time of order to
confirm availability. There may be an additional cost for larger orders or same-day shipping.
F.O.B. Point
:
All sales are made F.O.B. factory. When orders are shipped freight prepaid, freight charges will be added as a separate line item
to the invoice.
Limited Warranty
:
Gaylord Industries products are warranted for one year from the date of shipment against defective workmanship and materials.
Component parts not manufactured by Gaylord Industries, Inc., such as electrical switches, solenoid coils, relays, etc., shall be
warranted under the terms and conditions of the warranty published by the manufacturer of said component parts. Liability under
the foregoing warranties is limited to replacement of Gaylord Industries products, excluding costs of removal, installation, or
unauthorized repairs.
Returns
:
No merchandise may be returned without first obtaining authorization from the factory. Such authorization shall include the terms
on which the credit is to be issued and the disposition of transportation charges. Returned merchandise must be in sellable
condition, not more than ninety days old, and will be subject to inspection and acceptance at the factory. Restocking fee is 25%.
All electric components will not be allowed for return.
